Tango Inspiration

Tango Inspiration is based in Vasastan in Stockholm and offers courses in Argentine tango at all levels, from beginner to advanced. In addition to group courses, private lessons are available for those who wish to progress at their own pace. Regular features include Práctica Danzarín – Sunday practice sessions from 16:00–18:00 where participants dance freely to music – and La Milonga Danzarín, recurring dance evenings on Saturdays and Thursdays where you can come and dance tango with others.

The atmosphere is personal and intimate; classes are led by Cristina and Tommy, who together have over 30 years of experience in Argentine tango in the Buenos Aires tradition. The studio operates from its own dance studio, Danzarín, at Upplandsgatan 49, close to Odenplan. The Latin and the Swedish meet in a format that emphasises improvisation and the shared movement of the couple.

Suitable for those who want to learn Argentine tango from scratch, or who already dance and are looking for regular practice and a lively dance environment in central Stockholm.
