Tibble Karateklubb

Tibble Karateklubb is based at Tibblehallen in Täby and offers karate training for children, young people and adults from the age of six upwards, with no upper age limit. The style practised is Wado Ryu, one of the four major karate styles in the world, with roots in Japanese Yoshinryu Ju Jutsu. Classes focus on fitness, balance, coordination and technical karate development, and in spring the schedule is supplemented with grading sessions and kata training ahead of belt examinations.

Training takes place in groups adapted by age and belt grade in halls 3, 4 and 6 at Tibblehallen, and the club has hundreds of active members who train regularly. The instructors have extensive experience and are affiliated with WIKF (World Invitational Karate Federation), which means that gradings and international camps are part of the club's activities.

Suitable for those who want to train a traditional martial art with clear progression, whether you are a beginner or have trained for a long time — and equally for those seeking mental training and discipline as for those looking for a physical challenge.
