TMT (Team Muaythai)

TMT BJJ by Basic Training in Huddinge offers Thai boxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and fitness training for both children and adults, with premises at Elektronvägen 1 south of Stockholm. The offering covers Thai boxing at various levels (group 0–4), Thaicardio, MMA for beginners, Wrestling, Clinch, Sparring and a separate BJJ section with its own classes – including a group aimed at children and young people aged 11–15.

Sessions are instructor-led and group sizes vary depending on the type of training and level. The gym card included in the Guld and Platinum memberships provides access to the premises from 05:00–22:30, making it possible to train at your own times in addition to scheduled classes. The studio emphasises that sparring is always voluntary, and trial classes are offered with borrowed equipment at no cost.
