Tullinge Gym

Tullinge Gym is a family-run gym in Tullinge, south of Stockholm, with bright and fresh premises on Alfred Nobels allé. The facility offers strength training with machines and free weights, cardio equipment, and mentored training led by instructors Angelica and Magdalena. Through a partnership with Fysfabriken, a combined pass is also available giving access to functional fitness, HYROX and weightlifting.

The gym is run by Peter and Bettan and describes itself as friendly with a personal atmosphere. The premises are unstaffed but open with generous hours — weekdays from 04:30 to 23:00 and weekends 06:00–22:00. The equipment was carefully selected and newly purchased following a move to new premises in 2023, with multiple sets of popular items to reduce waiting times.
