Tyresö Yogacenter – Peaceful Younity is located in Bollmora in Tyresö and offers yoga classes, courses, workshops and retreats with a focus on presence, breathing and body awareness. The timetable includes Yin Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Soma Move and Mediyoga, as well as longer formats such as mini-retreats and two-hour classes with yoga balls.

The studio has a calm, carefully decorated space and is run by Minna Fahlström, founder and instructor with a solid background in yoga and behavioural therapy (ACT). Classes are led with clear personal guidance and adapted to the participants – Minna also teaches in English when needed. What sets the studio apart is the combination of yoga practice and coaching conversations through the concept Peacefulcoachen, where breathing and mindful presence are used as therapeutic tools.
