USC Studios

USC Studios is a dance school located in Medborgarhuset on Södermalm in Stockholm, with entrance via Medborgarplatsen underground station. The school offers courses in over 20 dance styles across three studios, ranging from salsa, bachata and reggaeton to jazz technique, streetdance, hiphop, ballet, contemporary and K-pop. Children's dance classes are also available for ages 3–16. All styles have a beginner level and no prior experience is required to start.

Classes are taught in a term format of ten weeks, where participants follow the same teacher and group throughout the term. In addition to term courses, drop-in is available for most classes, as is a class pass for those who prefer a more flexible arrangement. Booking is done through the booking system dans.se and payment can be made by card, Swish or invoice. Wellness allowance (friskvårdsbidrag) via ePassi is accepted for adult courses.

USC Studios has its roots in Uppsala, where the school was founded in 2006 under the name Uppsala Danscenter. The Stockholm school is a new chapter built on the same foundation of community and movement culture. In addition to regular courses, social dance evenings, workshops and open days are arranged. The premises are also available for hire for events and corporate bookings.
