Uteboost

Uteboost is a health and fitness concept based in Åkersberga, north of Stockholm, run by Jenni Pettersson. The business focuses on outdoor training in natural surroundings and offers group exercise for both individuals and companies. The sessions combine strength, cardiovascular fitness and mobility, and are designed so that all participants – regardless of experience – can adapt the exercises to their own level and how they feel on the day. Pilates is also part of the training offering.

In addition to the regular group training, Uteboost organises health events in the form of workshops, courses and retreats. These gatherings aim to provide participants with inspiration and tools for a healthier life, while also fostering a sense of community and memorable shared experiences.

A third strand of the business is active travel, where Uteboost plans and leads trips with a focus on movement and wellbeing. Activities during the trips can include hiking, cycling and horse riding. Both ready-made travel packages and tailor-made arrangements for groups and companies are available, with trips planned for 2026.
