Vallentuna Taekwondo IF is a sports club in Vallentuna offering taekwondo for children and adults. Training takes place at Blekingevägen 1 and follows the term system, with separate sessions for juniors and seniors. The club operates according to Kukkiwon's international standard, which is reflected in, among other things, the updated belt system, and competitive activity includes poomsae — taekwondo's technical forms discipline.

Sessions are led by the club's own instructors and are supplemented by recurring specialist sessions with guest instructors. Groups are separated by age, and club life is characterised by gradings, competition participation and social activities such as end-of-term events.
