Värmdö Kampsportcenter

Värmdö KampsportCenter IF is a martial arts club in Gustavsberg on Värmdö, offering training in Muay Thai, MMA and Brazilian jiu-jitsu for all ages and levels. The club is based at Värmdö Kulturhus on Tyra Lundgrens väg and welcomes everyone from three-year-olds to adult beginners — no prior experience or personal equipment is required to step onto the mat for the first time.

Activities are divided into clear age groups: Martial Arts Mini for the youngest (3–5 years), children's and youth groups in both BJJ and Muay Thai for those aged 6 to 15, and a broad range of classes for those aged 16 and above. These include a dedicated women's class in Muay Thai, MMA for all levels, BJJ with and without gi, and conditioning-based classes such as Box'n'Kick and Martial Arts Fys. Open mat is available for much of the week.

The club places great emphasis on safety and inclusion, with teaching methods specifically adapted for children with special needs. The same instructors lead the same classes every week, and family members are always welcome to attend. Term prices vary depending on age and class, and a free trial class is included with all membership options. The club can be booked via Gymcontrol.
