Värmdö Shito-Ryu Kofukan Karate

Värmdö Shito-Ryu Kofukan Karate is a karate dojo in Gustavsberg teaching the Shito-Ryu style within the international Kofukan organisation. Training covers kata (form exercises), kumite (sparring) and fundamental techniques, and is conducted in separate groups for children and adults as well as by level — from beginners to experienced practitioners.

The dojo follows a term-based structure with regular gradings and takes part in competitive events such as the Kofukan International Cup. Group sizes are manageable and training is led by experienced instructors. The summer camp and seminar activities show that the studio is active beyond the regular training week.
