Vida Pole

Vida Pole is a separatist pole dance studio located at Alströmergatan 49 on Kungsholmen in Stockholm, with an additional studio in Uppsala. The business caters exclusively to women and offers a safe environment with a focus on community and body positivity.

The studio offers courses in pole dance, chair dance and other dance styles for all levels — no prior experience is required. Course rounds begin every eight weeks throughout the year, and students enrolled on a course also have access to daily open practice sessions at no extra cost. For those who want to give it a go, a free trial class is available several times a week.

In addition to regular courses, Vida Pole organises events and activities for hen parties, corporate events and groups of friends. The booking system used is Zoezi, and the studio communicates primarily in Swedish. Vida describes itself as more than a training space — it is a place where movement, strength and community come together under one roof.
