Wuzuquan Nacka IF

Wuzuquan Nacka IF is a martial arts club operating at two locations in Nacka: at Updog Bodies yoga studio on Mjölnarvägen 16 in Kvarnholmen, and at Multisporthallen in Fisksätra. The club offers training in wushu sanda (Chinese kickboxing) and Brazilian jiu-jitsu for adults, young people and children from the age of seven.

At Kvarnholmen, BJJ training takes place on Mondays and Thursdays, while wushu sanda has separate sessions for beginners and intermediate groups spread across weekdays and Sundays. In Fisksätra, training is offered for adults and young people three times a week, along with a kids class for primary school age. The club welcomes both recreational participants and those interested in competition.

The club roots its activities in Chinese martial arts tradition but emphasises that the training is modern and adapted to sport as it is practised today. The spring 2026 term begins in week three of January. Wuzuquan Nacka IF is a registered sports association and receives support through, among other things, Svenska Spels Gräsroten.
