Yoga Nadi is a small, privately run yoga studio on Lidingö, housed on the ground floor of the yoga teacher's own home at Frejavägen 22. The studio is run by Sofia Landberg and offers instructor-led yoga classes in an intimate format.

The space was previously used as an art studio, which gives the room a distinctive character. A maximum of five participants per class means that each session is almost personal in nature, with teaching taking place in direct contact between teacher and student. Sofia herself leads all classes.

Suited to those who prefer calm, small-scale environments over large studio complexes, and who appreciate close teacher contact and a relaxed home setting.
