Founded in 1999 by Tony Willis, 5 Elements Combat Academy is one of Essex's leading martial arts facilities. With over 25 years of experience, the academy offers expert training in kickboxing, Muay Thai, MMA, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, boxing, Southern Mantis Kung Fu, and Eskrima for all ages from 3 upwards.
Classes range from Mini Elements for toddlers and Little Dragons for children, through to competitive adult programmes. The academy is affiliated with the ABA, BMABA, Eddie Kone BJJ Association, and the Institute of Filipino Martial Arts, ensuring the highest standards of training, safety, and safeguarding.
