50+ Fun Fitness is a dance-inspired fitness programme led by Erika Sonnenvirth, specially designed for people aged 50 and over. Classes are based on Zumba Gold — a gentler version of Zumba with uplifting music from all decades, no jumping, no twisting and no floor work — blended with traditional exercise-to-music principles.

The East Leake Village Hall session runs on Fridays at 9.30am. The programme aims to help older adults feel younger and happier, improve mobility, balance, coordination and cardiovascular health, while making new friends in a fun, welcoming environment. A free taster session is available for newcomers.
