Absolute Body Solutions (ABS) is a premium private personal training gym in Manchester city centre, located on Peter Street.

Founded by body transformation specialist Connor O'Brien, ABS offers tailored 1-to-1 and paired personal training programmes — including a popular 6 Week Transformation and 16 Week programme — alongside nutrition planning, body health checks, and corporate fitness.
