Absolute Yoga and Pilates is a family-run studio offering a friendly community of yoga, Pilates, Barre Pilates, Tai Chi, Pregnancy Yoga and Pilates, Holistic Massage, and Sound Healing. Classes are welcoming and progressive, suited to all abilities with a special fondness for beginners.

The studio also hosts workshops, wellbeing evenings (including Tibetan bowl sound baths, Gong Baths, and Hypnotherapy healing evenings), UK retreat weekends, and Greek Island retreats. A video library subscription with pre-recorded classes is available for home practice. There is no annual contract — classes can be booked individually or paid monthly by standing order.
