Anasana yoga is run by Efi, a Hatha & Restorative yoga teacher trained at Bristol School of Yoga with 20 years of personal practice. Classes are designed to release tight shoulders, hips and lower back, strengthen the core, ease neck tension and improve posture — all grounded in mindful movement, breathwork and nervous-system balance.

Every body is welcome, no prior experience needed. Upcoming offerings include yoga for runners (termly), yoga & journalling workshops (bi-monthly) and un-luxury yoga retreats in Greece (yearly).
