Apex is a small group personal training gym on the Southside of Glasgow, situated within Pollok Country Park. Sessions run in groups of no more than six, with every session coached from start to finish. Members follow a structured 12-week progressive programme blending strength and conditioning, with each week building on the last.

Open gym access is included outside of coached sessions. Alongside the training, Apex has built a strong community through member events, socials, hill walks and more.
