Arcade Fitness is a boutique personal training studio based in the heart of Leeds City Centre, run by Ant and Kat — two passionate trainers with a no-nonsense, results-driven approach.

Sessions take place in a fully private, distraction-free space equipped with a squat rack, cable machine, assault bike, dumbbells and leg machines, so you'll never have to wait for equipment or deal with unwanted interruptions.

Every programme is completely bespoke: training plans, meal plans and supplement guidance are tailored to your specific goals, whether that's fat loss, muscle gain or improved fitness. Ant holds qualifications in Sports Massage and Rehab Personal Training, making the studio an excellent choice for clients managing injuries or chronic pain.

Kat brings her own transformation story to every session, offering expertise in stress management, sleep and supplementation alongside the physical training.
