Ashgrove Yoga is a tranquil rooftop studio in rural County Wexford, run by Tania Murphy, with sweeping countryside views. The timetable mixes mat and aerial practices: Hatha, Yin, Yoga Wheel, MFR Yoga and Strength & Stability on the floor, plus aerial yoga hammock, aerial yin, aerial mobility and aerial yoga swing classes.

Pranayama breathwork and Yoga Nidra relaxation are woven into many sessions, and classes suit all levels and abilities. Beyond group classes, the studio offers Reiki, floating restorative Reiki and holistic counselling, private 1:1 or group sessions, and studio rental for workshops and retreats (aerial groups up to 7, mat groups up to 15).

Teacher trainings in aerial yoga swing, yin yoga and yoga wheel are also available.
