Asset Fitness is a coached functional fitness studio based at The Harlow Arena in Harlow, Essex. Running group sessions seven days a week from 5.45am, it is an officially affiliated HYROX and Metrix gym offering small-group training across formats including HYROX Hybrid, Strength & Conditioning, and Intensity.
