BARCH Richmond is a class-based strength and conditioning gym situated in the grounds of London Welsh RFC, next to Kew Gardens, a 10-minute walk from both Richmond and Kew stations. With no egos and no cliques, the gym welcomes everyone from complete beginners to seasoned athletes.
