Barn Dance Fitness is a fun, social fitness class built around traditional dances from across the world. The 60-minute session is aerobic yet gentle on the body, requiring no experience, no partner, and no special clothing — just flat shoes and a willingness to laugh. Classes develop core strength, agility, co-ordination and balance while working both body and mind.

As seen on BBC TV, BDF welcomes anyone aged 7 and over, with a particular following among 50+ participants. The Hall Green venue is one of three Birmingham locations run by qualified ETM fitness instructor and ceilidh caller Dan Longley.
