Each class includes 6–7 dances covering warm-up, group formations and a cool-down, providing an aerobic yet low-impact full-body and mind workout. The Stirchley venue is particularly popular with the Over 50s community and welcomes anyone aged 7 and over. Classes are led by qualified ETM fitness instructor and ceilidh caller Dan Longley.
