Barreflies is a physio-led barre and Pilates studio based in Brighton's Open Market, run by Amanda — a Chartered Physiotherapist and certified Pilates and barre instructor with over 15 years of teaching experience. Classes are intentionally small, mixed-ability and shaped around the individual, blending mat Pilates, barre, myofascial training and movement courses.

The studio offers group classes, progressive movement courses, pregnancy and post-natal sessions, 1:1 sessions, physiotherapy and sports massage — all in a calm, pressure-free environment with zero performance culture.
