Be Active Gym is a welcoming, fully equipped gym in Youghal, Co. Cork, built for every fitness level from complete beginners to experienced gym-goers. The timetable mixes group classes such as spinning, HIIT, yoga and strength-focused boot camps, with boot camp sessions running on Tuesday, Thursday and weekend slots (booking essential).

One-to-one personal training is offered in structured 4-week packages, and online coaching is available too. Members get free gym plans and inductions, free group classes, and discounted PT rates, with family, couple, student and junior pricing on offer. Classes and check-in are handled through an app and QR code system.

The atmosphere is friendly, fun and non-intimidating, with a personal approach to every member's goals. Opening hours run early to late, from 6am on weekdays.
