Bend Yoga is run by David (aka Yoga Dave), a Stockport-based yoga teacher with over 20 years of practice and a decade of teaching experience. The studio offers grounded, practical Hatha Yoga combining movement, breath and meditation to build strength, mobility and relaxation — suitable for complete beginners and experienced yogis alike.

Weekly classes are held every Thursday morning at 4NT Loft Yoga Studio in Stockport, complemented by monthly Saturday afternoon workshops exploring Hatha Yoga, meditation, deep relaxation and occasional shamanic healing. Private one-to-one and small group sessions are available in person or via Zoom, alongside workplace yoga programmes.

David is also a qualified Shamanic practitioner offering power retrieval, soul retrieval and ancestral healing sessions.
