Bikram Yoga Leicester is the only studio in the East Midlands offering the original 90-minute Bikram hot yoga class, taught by certified teachers. The practice consists of a set sequence of 26 Hatha Yoga postures and two breathing exercises performed in a heated room, suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
With 12 classes per week, the studio provides a structured and therapeutic yoga experience rooted in a tradition developed in India between the 1930s and 1960s.
