Based from a dedicated home gym and massage studio in Unstone, Dronfield, Ian offers one-to-one personal training, relaxing and deep tissue massage therapy, combined PT and massage sessions, and small group circuit classes for up to five people. Services cover strength and fitness, weight loss support (with or without medication), and injury recovery.

Every session takes place in a calm, private environment with no interruptions, tailored entirely to the individual client.
