Blue House Yoga is a boutique yoga and mindfulness studio led by Daniela da Silva, a yoga and movement educator with a BSc and MSc in Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health. The studio blends yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness with neuroscience-backed approaches to support personal and workplace wellbeing.

Services include private one-to-one yoga classes in Central London (covering Yin, Hatha, Vinyasa, Power and Restorative styles), corporate wellness programmes, and international yoga retreats in destinations such as Mykonos, Ibiza, Chamonix, and Bali.

The corporate Power OM programme combines psychological assessments, personalised coaching, and movement to help teams build lasting habits and resilience.
