Bodysense is a boutique Pilates studio based in Essex, running classes at two locations in the Chelmsford area — Great Baddow and Chelmer Village (Broomfield).

Founded in 1999 and led by director Stewart Heath, who has over 25 years of fitness and leisure industry experience, the studio offers mat-based group Pilates classes for all ages and abilities, as well as private 1:1 and 1:2 sessions using studio equipment including the Reformer, Cadillac and CoreAlign.

Clients have ranged from Premier League footballers and Olympic athletes to beginners and pensioners. Bodysense also offers a nutrition clinic and food intolerance and allergy testing.
