Born Ready Fitness is run by Chris Hawkes, a fully qualified and insured personal trainer based in Battle, East Sussex, with over 10 years of experience helping the local community achieve their fitness goals.

The offering includes high-energy group fitness classes (BLAZE on Mondays and BODY BLAST on Wednesdays) held at Battle Sports Centre, a weekly Trail Tuesday trail run, a Thursday Run Club (Born to Run) for all abilities, and weekend Team Runs covering 5–13 miles across Sussex trails and roads.

Personal training is available one-to-one or in small groups, either at home or at a gym, with a free initial consultation. Healthy eating guidance and weekly diet analysis are also offered alongside training programmes.
