Born Ready Fitness - Market Square

Born Ready Fitness is run by Chris Hawkes, a fully qualified and insured personal trainer based in Battle, East Sussex, with over 10 years of experience helping the local community achieve their fitness goals. The studio offers a range of weekly group fitness classes and personal training sessions.

Classes include BLAZE on Mondays (high-energy full-body bodyweight workout at Battle Sports Centre), Body Blast on Wednesdays (varied strength, HIIT and cardio session at Battle Sports Centre), Trail Tuesday runs on Tuesdays, a Run Club on Thursdays covering breathing, pacing, technique and strength, and Team Runs on weekend mornings covering 5–13 miles across Sussex trails and roads.

Personal training is available one-to-one or in small groups, either at home or at the gym, with healthy eating guidance and weekly diet analysis included. All sessions are suitable for all fitness levels, with a focus on community, variety and fun.
