Brand New U offers the Posture Positive Movement Method — gentle, effective movement designed to help women feel stronger, more confident and more energised. Classes combine posture, mobility, strength, flexibility and mindful movement, and are suited to those returning to fitness, seeking low-impact options, or wanting to improve posture and balance.

The timetable includes Posture Positive Movement, Pilates, Seated Class, Reset, Morning Movement and Legs Bums & Tums, available in-person and online. Classes are taught by a small team of experienced instructors including business founder Jacquie Bradley and specialist instructors Ann-Marie Marshall, Danielle Fasulo and Katy Everitt.
