Butterfly Yoga & Pilates Knocklyon

Butterfly Yoga & Pilates offers yoga, Pilates, strength and mobility classes in the Knocklyon area of Dublin, with the Iona Pastoral Centre hosting Monday morning classes (Core & More at 10am and the beginner-friendly Empower & Ease at 11.15am).

Run by a qualified yoga teacher, Pilates instructor and personal trainer who began training in 2011, the classes are built around one goal: helping you feel stronger, less stiff and more free in everyday movement. The atmosphere is supportive, inclusive and non-competitive.

Classes run in 12-week terms, with a pro-rata option to join mid-term, a waitlist for full classes and drop-in spaces that open up through cancellations. Flexiterm lets you make up missed classes with a free drop-in or video library class, and an on-demand video library is available 24/7. Class packs start at €60 for four drop-ins.
