Sylvia's Yoga

Sylvia's Yoga is the teaching practice of Sylvia Ferguson, an experienced yoga and meditation teacher based in Firhouse, South Dublin. Classes run as four-week courses and pre-booked drop-ins at The Park Community Centre on Parklands Road (and at Ballyroan Community Centre), alongside online classes, workshops and nature-based events.

With over 25 years of experience, a yoga qualification from Yoga Therapy Ireland and an MSc in Mindfulness-Based Interventions from UCD, Sylvia teaches Hatha Yoga, Yoga Nidra and meditation that are trauma-sensitive, adaptable and open to all levels. Her style focuses on nervous system regulation, leaving students grounded, calm and resilient.

She also offers corporate mindfulness programmes in the workplace, and online class bundles such as The Daily Collection and Zen Collection can be owned for life.
