Carol Stevens Yoga Lemsford Village

Carol Stevens Yoga offers slow, mindful Hatha yoga classes ideal for beginners, over-50s, and those returning to yoga after a break. Led by Carol Stevens — a 200-hour trained yoga teacher and yoga therapist — classes focus on gentle movement, breathwork, meditation and deep relaxation rather than strength or flexibility.

Both mat-based and chair-based (accessible) yoga classes are available, as well as one-to-one and small-group private sessions. Classes run across multiple venues in Hatfield, Welwyn Garden City and Barnet, as well as on Zoom.
