Carol Stevens Yoga - Wellfield Trust Room

Carol Stevens Yoga offers slow, mindful Hatha yoga classes ideal for beginners, over-50s, and those returning to practice after a break. Classes are available on mat or chair, in person and on Zoom, across venues in Hatfield, Welwyn Garden City, and Barnet.

Each session moves slowly, breathes deeply, and closes with a 10–15 minute guided relaxation — a welcoming space with no pressure or expectations. One-to-one sessions are also available.
