Cecilia Lei is a Bristol-based yoga teacher offering beginner-friendly and all-levels classes focused on alignment, mindfulness, and practical technique. Teaching since 2018, Cecilia brings a grounded, props-inclusive approach — using blocks and straps to adapt poses to each individual body.

Regular classes include Alignment Yoga, Flow & Restore, and Beginners Yoga courses, held at Bristol Yoga Space (Bishopston) and Bristol Yoga Centre (Park Row). Private 1-to-1 sessions are also available. Cecilia holds 200-hour Ashtanga Vinyasa and two 300-hour advanced teacher training certifications.
