CityGym Limerick is a personal training studio in Limerick city centre, open since 2014. It focuses on lifestyle management as well as training and nutrition, with one-to-one coaching built around a personalised plan. The process begins with an initial consultation covering your goals, a medical questionnaire and a light movement assessment.

After that you meet your trainer two or three times a week. Customised workout and nutrition guidelines are adjusted as you progress, and the studio works with everyone from beginners to advanced trainees. The studio also rents space to independent personal trainers who need a well-equipped floor for their clients.
