Elite Personal Training

Elite Personal Training offers private one-to-one personal training in Limerick, focused on weight loss, fat loss and general fitness for men and women of all ages and abilities. Every client receives diet and lifestyle advice alongside their training, built on the belief that you can't out-train a bad diet.

The studio also provides sports performance training for runners, golfers, rugby, soccer and GAA players, triathletes and more, plus postural testing and correction to ease back, neck and knee problems. Safety comes first, with a PAR-Q screening to check whether medical clearance is needed, and the team enjoys working with clients who have injuries or medical limitations.

The website notes that the business has moved to Urban One Fitness.
