Clare Jiu Jitsu Academy

Clare Jiu Jitsu Academy in Ennis, Co Clare, teaches Brazilian Jiu Jitsu to members of all ages, presenting it as a gentle martial art built on leverage and technique that can become a way of life. Led by Head Coach John Eustace, the academy focuses on healthy movement and mobility, helping kids keep their range of motion as they grow and adults regain what they have lost.

Classes include a fun, safe kids programme with sparring and interactive games, beginner classes that build coordination and teach positions and situational techniques with no fitness requirement, and no-Gi mixed-level adult sessions with drills and sparring. Adults can sign up for a club membership or attend drop-in classes.
