Everyday Yoga Ireland offers classes and retreats led by an experienced E-RYT 500 Yoga Alliance certified teacher trained in Hatha, Ashtanga Vinyasa and Accessible Yoga. Sessions blend mindful movement, breathwork, meditation and relaxation to help each person find their own practice.

Offerings include live Zoom classes, an on-demand video library, outdoor pop-up classes, community yoga, corporate yoga, yoga for athletes, gentle yoga, one-to-one sessions and full-day retreats. New Midleton classes start from January 2026. The teacher also has adaptive-yoga experience supporting people through cancer treatment, and the studio runs charity classes.

Monthly online subscriptions and low-cost single classes make it easy to start.
