Zen Studio is a calm, welcoming yoga and meditation studio at The Pavilion, M1 Retail Park in Mell, Co. Louth, founded by yoga teacher Edel. The timetable runs from morning and evening Vinyasa flows to Prenatal Yoga, Mum & Baby Yoga and an IAIM-based Baby Massage course, plus monthly workshops and private sessions.

Classes are 60 minutes, suit all levels and are taught in person in a judgement-free, non-competitive space. Edel is a 200-hour trained teacher with further prenatal/postnatal and Yin training, and has a particular interest in pregnancy and postpartum practice.
