Maitri Yoga Louth is a small, welcoming yoga studio in Drogheda, run by Nicola, a qualified teacher who found yoga while living with MS. Classes are slow, gentle and centred on self-connection, blending Hatha and vinyasa flow with an Ashtanga foundation. They suit beginners, all levels and chair yoga students.

Each session opens with about ten minutes of lying under fluffy blankets with eye pillows, then moves with the breath at your own pace, and closes in stillness to a weekly Savasana song. Mats, blankets and props are provided, class sizes are limited and booking is essential. The studio also offers kids yoga, yin, Zumba, CIRCL Mobility and workshops.

It is on the 2nd floor of The Workspace Centre on Mayoralty Street, reachable by lift or stairs.
