Core Belief Pilates is a welcoming boutique Pilates studio run by Debs Murphy, a Level 3 Mat Pilates Instructor and Certified BodyBarre Practitioner.

Weekly in-person classes take place at Clifford Village Hall and Clifford Methodist Hall, offering mat-based Pilates for all levels from beginners to intermediates, as well as high-intensity low-impact Barre Pilates sessions at Bramham Village Hall. New members are invited for a free taster session before committing.

A library of pre-recorded online classes is also available via monthly membership, making it easy to practise anywhere, anytime.
