Core Fitness

Core Fitness is a full-service gym and fitness centre in Claregalway, serving members from Oranmore, Athenry, Tuam, Headford and surrounding areas. The 4,000+ sq ft facility has dedicated cardio, weights and functional training zones with equipment from Matrix, Life Fitness and PRECOR, plus a fully equipped exercise studio.

An 18-metre heated indoor pool hosts aquafit and lessons through the Core Swim Academy for children (from age 3), adults, private and extra-help sessions, and partner Turtle Tots runs baby swimming for ages 0-4. Over 70 classes run weekly, including yoga, mat pilates, Zumba, HIIT, spinning and virtual Les Mills sessions.

Personal trainers and an on-hand fitness instructor support all levels. Members can recover in the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. The centre opens from 5:45 am on weekdays, and memberships are single, couple, family or student, available as 3, 6 or 12-month terms or monthly payments.
