GSP Gym is a coached strength gym in Galway's Ballybane Industrial Estate, founded in 2017 as Galway Strength & Performance and home to the Galway Strongman and Powerlifting Club. Every member gets an individually tweaked program and supervised sessions, with extra technique focus when starting out.

Clients range from 15 to 80 and from complete beginners to national and international strongman and powerlifting athletes. The gym is well stocked for strongman and powerlifting, offers strength and conditioning for athletes plus rehab and injury management, and has open gym membership (monthly or pay-as-you-go) for those who prefer to train without coaching.

New members get a free intro/assessment session.
