CrossFit Central London is one of London's longest-running CrossFit affiliates, with more than 15 years of experience helping people build strength, confidence, and resilience. Located at 55–57 Ewer Street near Southwark station, the gym offers coach-led CrossFit classes combining strength training, conditioning, Olympic lifting, gymnastics, and mobility work.

Personal training and nutrition coaching are also available. The welcoming community and expert coaching team — including coaches Matteo, Ruben, Rebecca, Tom, Claudio, and Doug — make it a gym people genuinely look forward to attending. Drop-ins from visiting athletes are warmly welcomed.
